Lochlan is so enmeshed with his older siblings that his attempts to build his own identity simultaneously pervert and reinforce the blurred boundaries between them. Saxon's self-masturbatory personality with an ego built on alpha bro sexual conquest has been absolutely crippled after Lochlan conquered him. And a conquest it was! To the confused, intoxicated, and sexually fluid Lochlan, who has no identity of his own, this is the logical end to pleasing his brother's ego. Too bad Saxon is actually his own person, and he's not pleased at all. In fact, his monumental ego collapse will have him in shell-shock well beyond the final episode.
So what's the equivalent for Piper? How will Lochlan cripple her ego? I'm having a hard time believing they will get sexual. It seems Lochlan's meditative state has awakened him to his problematic behavior from the night before, and Piper has taught him that value doesn't come from sexual conquest, but instead through detachment from their world of origin. Perhaps in the dark night of their sibling slumber party, Lochlan shares what he and Saxon were up to and she snaps. She lost control over her lil bro, and she can't handle it. She's actually deeply dependent on his support. So much for non-attachment.
This family has definitely become my favorite guests at the White Lotus this season, mostly for their unfortunate familiarity with circles I've been in. I've personally tested the waters of being both a Saxon and a Piper, which I guess makes me a Lochlan, without the creepiness of course.

You nailed it. Love how you described Lochlan literally masturbating Saxon as a form of masturbating his ego since that’s what the older brother does for himself. But that’s what’s key: Saxon does it for himself. He doesn’t need or want someone to do that for him.
Piper is much more attached codependently to Lochlan than he is to Saxon. I think you’re right that whatever happens between the two of them, it won’t end well.

She came home from college one summer and tried to pick on me and I just pinned her down on the couch with one arm while I kept reading or flipping channels or whatever mundane task I was doing with the other. The next thing I hear is “Mom, help!” And my mom just said, “He’s bigger than you now.” And did nothing.
Lochlan is at that point with Piper; she may find out that her brother holds dominion over her physically now. It’s something all older sisters have to come to terms with: that their younger brother isn’t a boy anymore. This could be revealed to Piper in a shocking way.
This season is about identity and Lochlan is clearly trying to find his.
Perhaps the tragic coming of age for Lochlan is that he breaks or damages his relationships with both of his older siblings in a very significant way. They both push him away hard and he snaps.
