Buffy the Vampire Slayer had good Halliween episodes, but I think they might have occurred every other season. The one where everyone turned into whatever they were dressed as was classic.

How I Met Your Mother had the "Slutty Pumpkin" episodes which were amazing.

I'm can't say the show is definitively my favorite sitcom (because it would have to compete with WKRP, Newsradio, Cheers), but Frasier Crane is my favorite television character of all time - most days I think I prefer the Cheers version of Frasier, but I certainly watched Frasier as well.

For whatever reason, the Halloween episodes didn't stand out for me.
