The three that suddenly come to mind are Roseanne, Home Improvement, and The Simpsons.

What else?

I am currently watching Halloween episodes of Roseanne on Netflix.

These are the top three by far. I really liked the Beavis and Butthead Halloween episode too.

Frasier had some great Halloween episodes. Niles dressed as Marty in one. That episode was good. And then the ones with pranks at the station were good.

I was coming to say NO ROSEANNE. I really liked the show but hated the over the top trying too hard Halloween episodes.

I always enjoyed Ted dressing as the hanging Chad. Show went to shite, but they did that well.

That episode along with the Even Stevens halloween episode legitimately fricked me up as a kid. Being scared by a usually harmless Disney channel show is probably why both of those episodes are so vivid in my memory.
