The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly

and Butch Cassidy and The Sundance Kid soundtrack is very nice.

Ben Hur and King of Kings are both good if you like orchestral, but I picked those up well after the films were made.

Amadeus and CB4 are probably the only ones that strictly qualify as I've never been a big theatre goer. But as for movies that after first watch I bought the soundtrack:

Highlander
Dangerous Minds
The Lost Boys

Back in the Dark Ages I bought the American
Graffiti soundtrack. My sister played a lot of those songs when I was a kid, so
I had a fondness for them…
