Recently and not mentioned yet? How about
Liam Neeson for Star Wars, Narnia, Taken, and Batman. Taken is debatable since it isn't really a separate fantasy universe but the rest are in theme with the OP.
Also, Jennifer Lawrence for the Hunger Games and X-men movies.
Chris Hemsworth for Thor/Marvel and the Huntsman
RDJ for Iron Man stuff and Sherlock Holmes
Charlize Theron for the Huntsman, Mad Max, Atomic Blonde, and Prometheus (Alien)

That also got me thinking, which actor has the best world building examples in their lead filmography? The #1 is probably Harrison Ford....Star Wars, Indiana Jones, and Blade Runner is going to be hard to beat.
You didn't mention his Jack Ryan movies which should count as well.
Zoe Saldana at one point was the highest grossing actor of all time. Obviously, she isn't the lead actor in any of them, but still impressive. She's been in:
Star Trek
Avatar
Guardians of the Galaxy
Avengers (if we're counting that as different)
Pirates of the Carribean (only the first one though)
