I started binge watching Lost this week (already on season 3). I did watch it back in the day when it originally aired. I am also a huge TWD fan. This whole time while binge watching Lost, I can not decide which is better.

I would say these are probably the two best shows on TV (not including Premium channel shows) in the last 30 years.

I do remember Lost getting hurt by the writers' strike in season 4 or so, causing them to change their story line (not following up on Charlie's last words of "not our ship").

TWD has a little more artistic freedom since it airs on AMC instead of one of the major networks.

Just wondering which do you like better?

Am I missing something? What ever he wrote on his hand, not our ship (or whatever) was the season finale and the writers went on strike shortly after. I don't remember them following up on this story and completely changed the story line, maybe when they went back in time.

What are you talking about? The entire 4th season was about that boat. There are 15 characters you meet from that ship and they tell you who sent it.

The first episode of season 4, if I'm not mistaken, is people from "Not Penny's Boat" coming onto the island. You are full of shite.

All of Season 4. Like literally all of it.

Remember Faraday, Miles, Charlotte, and Lapidus? Remember the Constant where Desmond makes contact with Penny on said boat? Remember when the soldiers from the ship came in a massacred half the survivors? Remember when Keamy rigged the ship to blow? Remember how Penny finds Desmond and the remaining survivors thanks to Charlie making contact with her?

What are you talking about that they didn't follow-up with "Not Penny's Boat"?

Ok, it's been awhile since I've seen it, so I may have my timeline mixed up, but I do remember the writers' strike affecting the show and they change the story line.

All the writers strike really did remove 3 episodes from Season 4 and then later added those episodes back into Seasons 5 and 6 so they would still have the same number of episodes they negotiated with ABC in Season 3.

I enjoy both for what they are. No need to compare.

I know this is your opinion but you're just plain wrong to think TWD is anywhere close to the greatest.
