Where’s Scott Glenn ranked as the best bad guy?

He seems to always type casted as the villain and seems to play it well. Where would you place him on tiers of “bad guys”?

Played a pretty solid guy in "Silverado", which was a great western with a hell of a cast.

Kevin Kline, Danny Glover, John Cleese, Brian Dennehy, Kevin Costner, Jeff Goldblum, Linda Hunt and Rosanna Arquette.

Captain Mancuso wasn’t necessarily a good guy. He was switching during the movie.

I immediately thought of him in Backdraft. Then got to thinking about some other roles. He's not the "bad guy" you see thru the whole movie. He's either the surprise bad guy or just a shitty person who antagonizes the main character usually.
