Pretty low. She isn't really a villain. She's just a really shitty, shallow, self-absorbed trash whore.
She was molested/abused as a little girl.
She did treat Forest like crap though.

Ellis wasnt a villain. He was just a comes up 80s yupee who thought he could smooth talk the terrorists. Then he died.

Jenny was molested by her father as a kid, and understandably has the inability to function in adult relationships as a result.
The real villain is the principal that lies about his IQ to frick Sally Field. Anyone with a background in special education could tell you Forrest's IQ was in the 85ish range.

So you're claiming Jenny's not bad, she's just drawn that way?

Probably on par with Sharon Stone's character in the movie "Casino" playing DeNiro's drug and alcohol addicted wife.
ETA: Pretty much agree, she wasn't really a villain, but a self absorbed bitch who wound up using Forest in the end when she was on her way out because she knew he was never going to disappoint her.

Jenny, Rose, and the grandpa from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory are 3 of the biggest POS scumbags in movie history. I'll take that to my grave.

Rebels don’t pay their taxes. The empire simply wants commerce and order, while the rebels are nothing more than a bunch fo galactic ANTIFA fricks.

Lynette from an Officer and a Gentleman may have her beat . . .
Then Jenny, then Deloros Umbridge, and lastly throw in Nurse Rached for kicks.

OTOH, she gave a retarded guy his first and only piece of arse. I mean what, was she supposed to marry him? He’s retarded.

But at least she didn't string him along for a lifetime, she made him commit suicide in 6 months.
IDK, did Jenny string Forest along or was he just pining?
She used him, played with his affections but at least deep down we think she loved him. Lynette just wanted to marry a pilot and it didn't matter who it was. At least Jenny had some childhood feels for Forest.

She's the worst. How anyone doesn't see it baffles me.
If you think that, then you haven't thought about her character very much.
Trauma form being abused as a child by her father.
Only friend is Forrest, who is retarded, and says he loves her.
Think about it from Jenny's perspective from one moment. She would see anything sexual with him as abuse.

And yet she still fricked him, and then didn't tell him she allegedly had a kid with him until she was dying of AIDS, and then pawned her kid off on her rich retarded friend.

I think Forrest was just pining. He was always thinking about Jenny but every time they'd cut away from him to what Jenny was doing, Forrest (probably) couldn't be further from her thoughts. I don't think Jenny is a villain, I think she's just a complicated human who realized way too late that Forrest was the only person who ever truly loved her. It happens.

Forrest did not mind and that is the point of the story. Forrest was always there for Jenny and always would be there for her no matter what. Forrest proved he really did know what love is and got the next devotion of his life out of the deal. Forrest represents the best of humanity throughout the entire movie. That was the purpose of his character to highlight the struggles and flaws in the other characters.
