American Gangster is near the top of my list.

What no Scarface? It’s gotta be in top 5. Plus Godfather 2 is as good if not better than 1.

Add Heat, The Departed and (if it counts) The Dark Knight for me.

Loved that movie. Having to put Burt Reynolds unconscious for him to come up with an idea killed me.
More of a comedy with mob overtones, but still a very good movie.

Excellent cast in "State Of Grace" with Sean Penn, Gary Oldman and Ed Harris as the lead characters, and good stuff from the supporting cast too.
"Kill The Irishman" is way under the radar for most people, but also a good flick and based on the real life Danny Green.

I'm sure the hardcore movie buffs will rain downvotes on me for this but I really like Gangster Squad.

“A History of Violence” is one of my favorites.
