Anybody ever seen this movie? I’m pretty sure it’s really campy but I saw it as a kid and remember not being able to finish it at the time

Not sure if The Strangers was mentioned anywhere but this one really creeped me out for awhile.

As I’ve gotten older I just won’t watch scary movies by myself. The ones that get me are paranormal or demon / possession movies. Nope.

I never saw Night of the Demons but that box cover haunted me as a kid whenever I saw it at the video store

So I love Possession movies but they don’t scare me because I’m jewish. If I’m not gonna believe in eternal salvation through Jesus why believe in the devil.

Then I saw The possession. Which is a jewish possession movie and that shot got real.

The Frogs scared the shite out of me as a kid. Galaxy of Terror worm scene was freaky.

Event Horizon and Frailty fricked me up around the same age, basically refused to watch horror movies for 20 years after those two.

I havent watched a ton because i am a legit sissy. But these are the ones that were legit horrible for me that i dont think were mentioned yet.

13 ghosts (first date with my wife)
The Exorcism of Emily Rose
The Devil's Rejects (made it about 10 minutes before leaving the room)

AND

Wolf Creek.
Wasnt actually so bad for me, but my wife, who loves scary stuff, claims this is the one of the scariest ever, and she'd never watch again, which is just fine with me.

I love Jeeper’s Creepers, but it wouldn’t make my list for scariest of all time. Thought the first half of the movie was fantastic, but it got a lot less scary after they showed the monster.

I know this isn’t the scariest movie of all time but when I saw Tremors as a kid my cousin convinced me that those worms were real. He said that they would dig their way to Florida in about a month.

A month goes by and I’m leaping from my bedroom window into the back of my dads truck to get taken to school. He is like “boy what in the hell!?!”

I don’t believe in God or religion necessarily but possession still freaks me out. I’ve had ghost experiences in real life so I think that’s part of it

Possession is mental illness.

The Conjuring movies are pretty good. Paranormal Activity wasnt that good Imo. Insidious was also another great series.

I tried to watch the Ring last night and it does not hold up over time. Terrible writing, cheesy unlikeable characters, and awful CGI.
