Haven't been in a theater in about 8 years. And that was the one over by Mall of Louisiana. I've read here that Citiplace is to be avoided. What about MOL or the one out on Oneal?

nope. Magnificent 7 was the last movie I saw in a theater. So maybe its only been 7 years.

Another vote for O'Neal Dolby. Will be seeing it there at some point this weekend.

We have AMC A list and prefer the Oneal location over the Mall location. All the Oneal theatres have reclining seats, some theatres are better than others though. Service is usually better and the crowd when there is one is better.

I would pay the extra to see it in Dolby, I don't trust the IMAX name, many call it LIEMAX.

Mall of LA has an Imax theater for Maverick. The reclining seats at Perkins Rowe are nice though.

IMAX is a sucker bet. Dolby at O’Neal. Put your money there.

IMAX seats are standardized across all theaters, no recliners in any IMAX.

1.) Go to north Baton Rouge
2.) Roll down your car windows
3.) Blast "Danger Zone" as loud as possible
4.) Dodge bullets as you drive really, really fast

It's like the real thing, baw.
