The opening scene of Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World might be my favorite scene ever and I never get tired of it.

Training day- First 10/15 minutes when he has breakfast with Denzel and end up going in the 64 Impala. We going to the office, "you in the office, baby". Dre Day starts playing. Genius
I love the last 20 minutes of IJ The Last Crusade when they go and drink from the cup of Jesus and getting in and out of the cave

I'll throw in the entire leadup to the tunnel scene. The slow descent into the valley with that incredible sunset, and the shot looking up at the Delta Force guy drawing his knife in blackness with the "Beast" reprise. So good. I get goosebumps just thinking about it.
That entire movie is fricking gorgeous.
Honorable mention: Tangled scene when Eugene escapes the prison, and specifically the shot at 2:00 where the horse jumps over that little girl: LINK
