But a real answer in this speculative fiction genre is Silo.

Contact is awesome. Don't know what you are talking about. The fact that she wants people to have faith in what she experienced was the Chef's kiss.

No movies come to mind, but The Dune television series was a huge let down.

Wow. Either you haven’t watched very many movies in your life or you aren’t hard to please at all lol.

New one for me. I love fantasy and sci fi… but just can’t get into the film.

Sucker Punch. I've actually watched it more than once, hoping it would be good.

THANK YOU.

When I saw the trailer, I was 100% thinking this could be one of the greatest, mindless action flicks of all time. Hot chicks fighting giant robots, Nazis, samurai, etc. How could this be bad?

I fell asleep probably a third into the movie. Just awful, and I still can't figure out exactly what went wrong.

I still need to watch that. I own it digitally, thanks to a freebie Ultraviolet code I ran across, but haven't sat down to do that one.

Ad Astra - really liked the early parts of the movie, like they were setting up something very interesting. Fell flat after that.
Oblivion - last 3rd of the movie could have been better after a good start.
