The one that creeped me out the most when I was a little kid was Night Call. I think I watched it when I was like 8 or 9 years old. I'm pretty sure it was the voice, and then learning where it was coming from that did me in. I had nightmares for weeks

Twilight Zone is an amazing series. I periodically rewatch and like 90% of them are enjoyable.

I always liked the episode about the toys trying to get out of the donation bin around Christmas time.
