I worked with him once and he seemed troubled and either depressed or on drugs or both. He was polite and pretty nice to everyone, but I got a vibe that he wasn’t well. This was about 2010.

He's busier than I thought. He's been in two 2024 movies, four in 2023, six in 2022, basically in four or five movies every year in the 2020's.

His dance scene while HIGH as F is one of my favorite scenes. Plus she was so on point in this movie. age hit her hard.

So taller than Tom Cruise? Lots of Hollywood guys are shorter than you’d think.

That one where he was the drug dealer who made Justin Timberlake kidnap Ben Foster's brother was pretty depressing.

Dumb take.

Rami Malek, 5'7"
Tom Cruise, 5'7"
Jesse Eisenberg, 5'7"
Emilio Estevez, 5'6"
Dave Franco, 5'7"
Martin Freeman, 5'6"
Stephen Graham, 5'5"
Kit Harington, 5'7"
Jonah Hill, 5'7"
Dustin Hoffman, 5'6"
James McAvoy, 5'7"
Dean Norris, 5'7"
Al Pacino, 5'7"
Ben Stiller, 5'7"
Danny Trejo, 5'6"
Christoph Waltz, 5'7"

You can't turn the TV on without seeing a half dozen of those guys.

And how many of those you listed looks like a 12 year boy? And, yes, alot of those actors are short but they still have a physical presence to them. When you look at Emile, do you see heart throb? action star? dramatic lead? Like I said, you can only do so much with him.

Height and looks didn't keep him out of Lone Survivor.

Speaking of that movie:

Ben Foster, 5'8"
Mark Wahlberg, 5'8"

He was in some movie with Mel Gibson a couple of years ago. Wasn't the best movie ever, but it wasn't terrible.

It was a fun teen movie but got more interesting after finding out it was based on a true story and apparently a very accurate depiction of events.

I don't think I have ever heard somebody describe Alpha Dog as a "fun" movie.
