It's the gripping true story of a massive Islamic terrorist attack in India in 2008. The movie was very well done and had great acting. Makes you wonder how you would react if caught up in that situation where the wrong decision can lead to your death.

It's leaving Netflix soon so if you're looking for something good to watch, you might give it a try.

Armie Hammer is a wild boy. He must have a hell of an agent. Bouncing back from a bunch of rape and cannibalism allegations would be tough you’d think

I spent a couple minutes googling and damn, I never knew he inherited nothing despite his grandfather being damn near a billionaire

At least being 6’5 and incredibly handsome seems to be paying off somewhat

This was made years ago, though, back when he was a rising star with no scandals.

One of those events that was all over the news that no one remembers even happening but it was pretty insane.

Then all the ISIS stuff started happening in Europe in the mid 2010s.

I keep wanting to watch the movie but haven't brought myself to it considering how messed up the situation was.

I just had to google if this hotel was the same one that got bombed in the movie Zero Dark Thirty. I should have known better since the hotel in ZDT was in Pakistan. But its wild that there was some confusion; two hotels in that part of the world attacked terrorists in the same year.

Isn't Islam great?

They had an incredible Chinese restaurant at that hotel. Had dinner there 6 weeks before it happened. Never stayed there, just dinner.

Something similar happened a long time ago in El Salvador. Sandinistas attacked a hotel with the same idea in mind. However, on one of the floors were stationed some green berets er, I meant advisors who just happened to have their weapons. After they killed a few , negotiations started immediately

thanks for the recommendation ... I watched it last night and before TD, had never heard of it. I didn't recall the real life attacks either.

Nicely directed, especially considering the amount of violence and action .... the stage sets looked a bit flat, but maybe that was intentional to contrast the Mumbai exteriors.

I enjoyed it .... and Jason Isaac's accent was decent. And the terrorists actors were really good.
