It reads like Charlie Sheen, if you take the "acting" greatness with a grain of salt. He did kind of hole up in the mansion like a fortress during his "winning" tirade against Chuck Lorre after being fired from 2 1/2 Men. He's been a hard partier for over 3 decades and this has continued until very recent times.
Keep in mind, HIV positive rumors have floated about him for decades and these amped up again, last year, after a romatic partner accused him of being HIV positive.
Doesn't mean it is true, but I believe these rumors are about him.

WTF? Channing is actually a very likeable dude. He's funny, seems like a nice dude, etc. Also I believe he's been married for quite some time with kids. so also doesn't fit the bill.

You have me convinced. He is known to love hookers too. Plus intentionally passing HIV on to other women would be something a prick like him would do.

Well - anything has to be taken with a grain of salt if they're willing to reveal all these specific (but, strangely broadly applicable) traits and the status HIV, but are unwilling to name the person.
That's very convenient. All of us (and the Hollywood stars themselves) then have to go brainstorming to figure out candidates. If they say who it is, that person can: A. Confirm, B. Deny, or C. Remain silent.
But, then we don't have to figure out which of a dozen or more stars they even could be talking about.
Irresponsible, yellow journalism at its finest.

I'm guessing that Megastar is extreme hyperbole in this case.
The only ones who fit that bill are DiCaprio, Depp and RDJ, and there's no way it's any of them. I'm guessing it's a B or C lister that had a a movie or two that gave them "Megastar status." That's not Farrell either.
I wouldn't call Sheen middle aged, but I'd say he or Keifer Sutherland are viable possibilities. But I feel they are too old.
