Mox was right in this situation. The coaches only cared about themselves, and had no interest in worrying about if what they were doing would lead to serious injury. Hell, Lance spoke up to Wendell because his knee was evidence of what Kilmer was doing.

That is a real thing. Bill Walton was on a mission to make sure athletes know not to go along with that shite.

quote:

refuses to take practice seriously and instead makes up his own plays while reading anything other than the playbook,

Cause he didn’t give a shite about football, and was only still on the team because that’s what everyone did.

quote:

takes most important team members to get wasted the night before a game causing them to play hung over and lose,

I guarantee seeing their teacher stripping will be something they remember forever, and that game would have been forgotten, win or lose.

quote:

causes a team revolt on a legendary coach ending his career,

Their psychotic, racist coach, who was willing to put injured kids on the field knowing they shouldn’t be out there, as long as it helped him win another game? And he threatened to fix transcripts to get an Ivy League scholarship taken from a kid?

I can’t stand the weird power in real life these high school and college coaches get. They start thinking they are God and acting like dictators for the town, not even just the players. So yeah, frick those guys.

quote:

quits team right before they are about to go to the playoffs.

His best friends were the leaders and best players on the team. I’m sure they were all cool with his decision knowing he had no interest in playing football.

Dr. Klopek. Bumped off an elderly couple and then terrorized a nice, suburban street.

Troy. Pervert and how in the hell he didn't kill Brand on that bike I'll never know.

Dark Helmet - Anti-Semitic because he nearly destroyed the Druish home planet.

Zack Morris - He's trash.

Walter Peck.

While the Ghostbusters had containment unit issues, They had solid cash flow. After Peck did his BS, lawsuits put the Ghostbusters out of business. This was with them saving the city for the 7th level of hell, saving the lives of many registered voters, and doing very little damage to the city, unlike say...idk the avengers.

He was basically Spectre's own James Bond. In fact, the resemblance is almost striking.

Not sure if you ever listened to the james bond podcast called James Bonding, but it's pretty funny. The episode talking about From Russia with Love and the elaborate opening scene and how they had to convince a guy from Spectre to dress up as James Bond only to get killed...in a training exercise.
