It's the kid the jack helped phyllis deliver in the elevator
It's actually Jack and Phyllis girl lol, which nick knew for "18" years but hid the truth. Kyle is jacks son, not sure who mom is. But the incest line was pretty good they were getting hot and heavy.
Phyllis and jack are married again, she got him off Vicodin and the liquor
Katherine is technically not dead yet, hasn't really been addressed, Jill is in the background right now
Victoria is with a guy named billy who has a gambling addiction
Sharon has the little girl but she's scheming to get nick back. Looks like Sharon might have been involved with fooling nick about him being summers dad- who is really jacks daughter
And yes I know I am a sad man, sue me

I still watch Real Housewives of New Jersey too...the Gorgarilla and his slut wife are terrible and Rich is a huge creep. It's sad when Juicy Joe makes the most sense out of all of them .
