My first inclination was to say Firefly. But that really isn't the right answer to this particular thread. Firefly is the cancellation that pisses me off the most but I know exactly why it happened: Nobody was watching and it got jerked around to a bunch of shitty time slots. I didn't discover it until long after it was cancelled and I think most fans of the show are like me and discovered it on Netflix or the Scifi channel.
My answer to this thread is Frisky Dingo--best fricking show on adult swim.
Also, Futurama but they brought it back so I'm good now.

This and yes, I agree that Deadwood should not have been cancelled. Just finishing up the series and it has been great but I understand why it was cancelled; probably just too in your face for most viewers.
