Yes. Very well done. There are a few historical inaccuracies, but it is a very enjoyable series.

I love this show. I'll turn on an episode every now and again. If you aren't too hung up on the accuracy of things you'll be fine. Pretty good characters and the stories were good also, IMO

One of my all time favorite shows. Just incredibly well done. Have watched it twice. You will love it.

A near perfect series, and it just keeps getting better as it goes along. One of the best climaxes in tv history plus one of the best overall endings to wrap up all the character arcs.

I remember watching the first season when it came out on tv (history channel?) but never followed up with it. I may go back and start it from the beginning.

Yes! Enjoyed it very much. Although, towards the middle of the series I just couldn't stand Woodhull anymore. I actually think Culper Jr was the better spy and wish the show revolved around him more. Absolutely agree about good villians - Simcoe is just evil and the voice he uses is just so creepy.

One thing to keep in mind when you watch it. We all know that the colonists are the heroes but back then they were legitimately considered terrorists. Watch it with that in mind and it changes parts. Especially when you get pissed at the people ratting them out. History is written by the victors after all.

High school/ college GF looked a LOT like Anna Strong. So much that I had to dig out old year books to remember what she looked like after a few episodes. Anna Strong kinda blended into my memory, had to reset.
