Good movie. Not great. Was very entertained.

Rosie >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Fox and is a better actress.

My biggest gripe about all 3 movies is that I would like to have seen them all be darker and grittier.

I so LOVE IMAX. Better picture, incredible audio.

agreed. I'm a little disappointed that the story has gotten worse every movie.

Fox is way hotter and a better actress. Rosie just screamed non stop at EVERYTHING.

FWIW, the reason Fox wasn't brought back for the 3rd film is such bullshite.

Yeah I heard Speilberg got mad that she was talking trash about Bay in an interview and booted her. Rosie was hot but Fox is fiyah.

So I had Transformers 1 on this weekend and I totally forgot that in that one Megatron got to earth in the early 1900's. Doesn't that not jive with Sentinal Prime getting here in the 60's after fleeing the Transformer War that Megatron was at?

I know, I know, plothole in Transformers?? No way!

I'm not griping. Just thought it was funny.

I'm pretty sure she wasn't even serious and if she was she still liked the guy. Shia and Bay said as much.

Sure this was already posted, but I'm going off the second to last post. Fox said Bay was like Hitler and because Speilberg is Jewish he took a lot of offense to that. He told Bay to get her out.

After 24 hours of this, the Autobots show up, and Prime reveals his brilliant stratagem: They faked their death to prove to those sniveling U.N. bureaucrats why they need the Autobots. Hold on this for a second. The Autobots have been on Earth this whole time, and they let Chicago burn to the ground… just to prove a point? Oh, thanks so much, Optimus Prime! My cousin in Chicago is dead because you had to be the biggest douche in the universe and wait for us humans to beg you for your help! What a hero

Optimus proved a good point. The humans would have never realized how much they needed them.

Why?

The ship crash landed, a dead stick on the moon.

Its arrival there was by chance.

Megatron actively headed to Earth for the allspark.

Why is it a plothole that Megatron arrived first?

Just saw the movie. I thought it was pretty good. Much better than 2, which isn't saying much.

I def agree that they could have swung this movie into a fourth.

I enjoy the series so hopefully they keep making some more.

Because it was established that Sentinel left for Earth in the 50's because of a deal he made with Megatron at that point during the war.

However, Megatron could not have been there to make that deal as he had crashed on Earth 50 years earlier and was buried under the ice.

I was kinda bummed that the old guy got capped when they were executing prisoners. Never even got to see the results of his prototypes

I just got back from watching it and I loved it, It was amazing in 3D, last hour was awsome, and I definitely prefered the new girl over fox, I mean its not going to win an academy award for best screenplay and my biggest complaint would be that I was expecting to see a big battle between Optimus and Megatron but the way Optimus killed him was pretty sick, I think it's definitely the best of the 3 and I cant wait till it comes out in blu-ray.

This. Am I missing something? Did Megatron maybe not specify when he struck the deal with Sentinel Prime? Doesn't make much sense that Megatron backchannels with SP, 50 years before they pull the trigger, but then decides to go after the allspark instead.

Again, no big deal, I just thought it was funny.

Was it?

Both the timing and the destination.

A deal was made to hand over the pillars for peace.

I must have missed that Earth was part of the plan.

I suck at remembering the details..

I thought SP/Megatrons plan was to enslave a planets population to rebuild Cybertron and they specifically picked Earth. Wasn't SP heading there when he got clipped by enemy fire and his ship crashed on the moon instead of Earth?
