Toy Story issues

1. Why do the toys drop dead every time a child enters the room yet run around in front of surveillance cameras and moving cars all of the time without being noticed? Why does the baby notice them running in the rear-view mirror but no one else does?
2. They seem to have typical physical limitations like a human, get exhausted after running long distances, sleep at night, but do they eat? What do they eat, and if not, how do they run out of energy? Where do they get their strength from and do they have a raspatory/circulatory system? How is cotton stuffing a substitute for muscles? If they eat, do they go to the bathroom? Some of the toys have romantic interests, but what motivates that unless they have a sex drive? Can they procreate?
3. In Toy Story 2 they expose severe security flaws in our nations airports. How are they not detected running amuck in the baggage handling system, opening and flipping over suitcases from the conveyer belts; then opening landing gear airlocks, and busting out of moving commercial jets?
4. Why are all the Buzz Light Year toys well versed in (or convinced of) their origin stories, but Woody had no idea about Woody's Round Up? In Al's Toy Barn, why does the display Buzz come to life and attack the main Buzz while all the other Buzzes on the shelves remain idle? Why do they remain dormant while the Barbie aisle is full party mode?
5. Where did they learn how to read?
6. Why can the freak toys in Sid's room fix broken toys but not fix themselves?
7. Do they really live forever even after being discarded and if so, what the hell? How depressing would that be.

And another thing...I don't think it's realistic that the toys come alive in the first place!

Uh, it's a made-up movie. Toys aren't really alive.

I was gonna post something like this, but Lord knows I do love an in-depth analysis of a Toy Story movie.

Buzz Lightyear uses electronics. Maybe display Buzz was set to Demo mode while the rest were turned off in the boxes?

They were fixed. Buzz's arm just fell off. They could put it back in. I would assume the other toys' extremities were likely destroyed. So, they made do with what they could.

Don’t overthink it.

Yes, that is overtly stated. Toy Story is a surprisingly very dark universe when you start thinking of all the ramifications.
