All very good. Toy Story may be the best overall movie franchise ever

The franchise should have ended with him going off to college. It would have been a lot more meaningful and preserved the integrity of the first 3 films.

You're not wrong but the last 2 movies are still really good

Spoilers.....

.......

They had a missed opportunity to end the series. The Blaze character could have been Jessie's original owner's granddaughter.

Maybe if they make a 6, the characters will end up with Andy's kid somehow and be done

Too much Jessie. Not a “fun” movie like the others. More heavy and somewhat depressing throughout the entire film. That said, hopefully the overarching message can get through and help fight the social media plague. But I doubt it unfortunately

Ok, valid. I didn't mind the focus on Jessie. Thought it was a solid film. The buzz side quest was very amusing

My least favorite of the movies. Can't put my finger on why but just nit as good as previous ones.

Not my favorite but the kids enjoyed it, so it was a win.

Had good moments, but it was a bit off-putting how old some of the voice actors sounded now, and with the sound alike VA for all the people who had passed, just wasn't the same.

SPOILER

Jesse learning that Emily named her daughter after her did bring a tear to my eye.

The army of Buzz toys was awesome, I was loving it when they went transformers mode and turned into drones.

Really good message as well

We all enjoyed it.

It definitely hit with my 13 year old. She came home and actually went to the playroom and grabbed a box of her old toy horses. I peaked into her room and she was sitting on her bed playing with them. Warmed the heart.

Of course she is back on YT this morning, but for a evening, she played again.

Yep my girls did the same. The irony is they then got on their iPads and watched Toy story on Disney+

I wonder how it's going to do in the box office.

There was only like 10 people in the movie theater last night. We got there really early because I though it was going to be super packed. We went to the 3 D version.

3 was a near perfect ending.

Issues with 4. I don't like Bonnie, I don't like the Spork. But it's still a good movie. Just not as good a the first 3.

I rank them as..

Ts3
Ts1
TS2
Ts4

I thought Jesse's original owner was Andy's mom. That's why Andy's hat was a Jesse hat passed down not a woody hat.

Good message good movie, but nothing will ever top 3.

Woody didn’t even need to be in it, it was entirely Jesse’s film

It’s because the version you saw, not many people do 3D anymore because it’s a gimmick

Dolby theater was packed at amc last night

Just saw it. I liked it way more than TS 4. As a mom of girls, it hit a little harder with the mean girls stuff and her asking her mom why she can't make a friend. Broke my heart (been there with both my girls). I liked the Buzz sub plot and the closure ti Jessie's story. Overall fun and great Pixar movie.

I’m gonna add, even though they didn’t, it felt like they left 3 and 4 with emotional “this is the end” endings. Of course they didn’t but you came away thinking “that was the last one”

But it felt like this one they didn’t do that. No emotional long shots of Woody or Buzz to end it. It just kind of ended, I think it’s obvious they’re doing a 6.

And if that’s the case I think a slam dunk would be to end it with them ending up with Andy’s kids
