I'm taking my two grandsons to see it Saturday evening, sounds like they did a decent job with it from what I've read about it

Edited to add that I thought it was pretty good, the boys liked it and we had a pretty good evening with it. Like someone else mentioned when she finds the lunchbox and what it revealed I shed a tear or two. Pretty well dome imo

Glad to hear this. Somehow my youngest knows this movie comes out today. This is the first time in her entire life she's expressed to us the day a movie comes out in theaters. We're definitely going to catch a matinee.

I haven't seen it, but I thought 4 was great, I don't understand the hate for it.

People always say this stuff about shows or movies they grew up with because they don’t feel the same way as they did when they were 10, and assume it’s shite.

It was a great movie that has a 97% from critics and 95% from audience scores.

I just asked gemini to tell me. Then I referenced a few of its reddit footnotes.

People don't like 4 because they are losers who have never touched a woman carnally.

I have enjoyed every movie. Thought 4 was very good. I’m excited to take the kids to this one. They are about how old I was when the first one came out.

Virtually everyone on the planet except 60 year olds on Tigerdroppings.

Yes, three had an absolutely perfect ending to the story, but that doesn't mean four wasn't a great movie as well.

Have no doubt five will be good as well. Looking forward to seeing it.

I’d honestly prefer if they would have ended it after the third film.

Andy was a really integral part of the story and was why the first three films were so good. When he went off to college at the end of the third movie, that was the end of his coming-of-age. At its heart, Toy Story is a coming of age story.

I’m guessing we haven’t heard the last from Andy
He may be having kids at some point and maybe he gets back some of his old toys
