I don't know if I have a top 5, but these are some that take me back, either because they remind me of childhood, or I actually liked them as a child:
Goonies
Sandlot
Ernest Goes to Camp
ET
Boy Who Could Fly
Old Yeller
Super 8 (new movie, but it took me back)

Goonies
Space Balls
One Crazy Summer
The Dark Crystal
Krull
Most aren't true kids movies but my parents were young and they let me watch anything I wanted

The Dark Crystal, Secret of Nihm and The Last Unicorn for sure. However, all three scared the shite out of me.
Also, the best movie ever ever ever
and I'd rent this one every single week

The funnest part is rewatching them again now again in widescreen hd as opposed to the 4:3 fullscreen vhs copies that were my only memories.
