While I haven't seen Silver Linings Playbook (the one big film from last year I haven't seen), she really needs to star in a straight up comedy. She can obviously improve really well.

She's a beautiful young lady and was fantastic in Winter's Bone

What a 54 year old thinks.

Hope we get to see her in some more less hyped, flat out realistic films like that. Hope she never does any TV remake movies (like Charlie's Angels) type stuff or super hero (X-men, Spiderman, Batman or Depp:Pirates never ending) stuff.

O.P., The quotes are pretty awesome. May have to start keeping up with who's on talk shows. Thanks for sharing.

Too late for that, but she starred in one of the best Superhero films ever at least as Mystique in X-Men: First Class.

Emma Watson has always been my #1 but Jennifer Lawrence may very well knock her from that position. I don't think she's as hot but her personality is just everything you would want. I don't think I've ever seen a more down to earth actor.

She got her start on Bill Engvall's tv show. Sorry to ruin the illusion for you.

Another great quote from Jennifer Lawrence this year. When asked if she really skinned a squirrel in Winter's Bone:

"I should say it wasn't real, for PETA — but screw PETA."
