Yeah. It’s like much fatter Creepy Todd in “El Camino”. It’s completely incongruent with their characters in BB.

First reaction to finale is meh, especially if it takes another 2 years for 1 season. With Wu Flu, who knows when it'll be.

Great season overall

Well I certainly didn't think that the title would refer to Howard potentially being set up by Kim and Jimmy...

Could also refer to Nacho’s betrayal of Lalo.

That was a whole bunch of meh to have to wait 2 years until it picks up again

Some of the other episodes being so good and intense really hurt the finale. It seemed like more of a setup for next season.

It could, I'm sure it had a double meaning. I was referring to when Jimmy said "if Howard did something unforgivable" to Kim or something along those lines...

I got to say, I expected Gus to have a better plan. I’m not sure I buy this as being any less suspicious than just having him knifed in prison.

Frick Lalo...

Gotta feel like this is getting really close to the BB timeline .. if not at the exact moment of Saul getting kidnapped .

See y’all guys in early 2022 at the VERY earliest.. :( ugh

It was like 2 episodes ago where they said Tuco has 11 more months in jail, so not quite

It’s as if people refuse to pay attention to the obvious details regarding the timeline. We are still nowhere close to meeting up with BB yet

Episode cemented my opinion that this show is a notch below breaking bad.

Saul/Jimmy had one good scene the entire season. The rest of the time he was a mopey fricking idiot. It was like I watching Dougie jones again

Eh i think its on the same level as BB. That’s most likely just because were already immersed tho so you’re probably right.

They would have been better off doing an episode per month or something rather than having a two year gap between seasons. Hell, people will have forgotten half the stuff that happened by the time it airs again.

My boy Nacho better have some connects. Lalo is like 30 minutes behind him and he’s in his territory.

I think I read that BCS started in 2002, 6 years before BB in 2008, and even though next season is the 6th I think they are still a few years behind. If it’s set up to leave off as BB timeline begins they would need a time jump to catch up. I’m not positive about that but I don’t think each BCS season covers year.

I did love this season but I hate cliff hangers for season finales. Especially when we have to wait so long to find out what happens. But you have to keep Lalo around for the final season, right? The odds Nacho gets out of the series alive dropped drastically.

Also, is Lalo the luckiest sumbich? I think those “assassins” killed everyone but him. SMH

Well, now the wait begins...

Agree with all of it. I was bored all season except for a few scenes and BB was full of power damn near every second, and I'm not talking about action. As much as I like Odenkirk he's not Bryan Cranston, he can't carry minutes of silent TV time just acting with his face. Even Giancarlo Esposito seems like he's phoning in Gus with the same Robocop voice and slow motion facial reactions in every scene.
