I loved the episode.
I found the entire season kind of slow, and then all of a sudden in the span of 10 minutes you see everything it was building to and it was all worth it.

They were running her con then Jimmy went off script and even she bought his “sincerity”.
Like you said, it was all a con that she helped perpetrate
Why the hell would she suddenly get a conscience about it? Because he was too good at it?
The whole Jimmy/Kim dynamic was wishy washy and terrible this season
Just back and forth and drawn out endlessly
Watch em suddenly be back together next season
It's cheap storytelling

And Mike killed a German and they're going home
Wheee

The show gave us a sweet Easter egg about hams theory and where it’ll end up when they showed mike shooting Werner in the desert.
Mike was the writers, Werner was the theory, and the bullet was the bullet. It’s all there in front of you.

Finally, a goddamn right season finale from this show.

Because she was under the delusion that Jimmy was self-sabotaging because he had unresolved feelings about Chuck's death. Even at the cemetery, she wanted to know how he felt.
Now she knows he straight up doesn't give a shite about Chuck and has no interest in using his skills "for good", like she suggested last week.

Gus showed a scary side tonight. Scared the crap out of Gail.
Gus is having a bad week.
Werner got loose and had to be killed, I assume when Mike said the rest of the Germans are going home, he meant immediately so SuperLab is going to be delayed and he really doesn't know how much Lalo knows.
I have to imagine that killing Lalo is now priority number one because it is too soon for the cat to be let out of the bag about the lab. If Eladio finds out what Gus has been doing, Gus is 100% fricked.

Jimmy just confirmed ... he’s a sociopath.
This. Anyone who's been close to a sociopath knows that it can be thrilling at times to be in their orbit, especially when the con seems innocent enough.
But then you get conned, and you view the lack of sincerity from a completely new perspective. We just witnessed Kim's realization.

Gale's "Oh, Hello!" when he saw Mike standing in the shadows make me do a spit take.

Lol, it's strange how you guys say this after every episode.
His coldness there definitely freaked her out and her instincts are telling her to get away, but she won't do it.
The scene with Mike killing Ziegler was badass. Vince loves The Godfather and that was very similar to the Fredo scene.

The original theory was that Kim would help Jimmy create the Saul Goodman persona and act as the other half. Is that theory still alive?

I liked it when the dupe in the parking lot got rammed by Lalo, and his big pink shake splashed all over him. Nice touch.

Well, they both had guys getting shot in the back of the head.

At the rate Lalo is going, Gus won't have the chance to kill him.
I think just about every citizen and video camera in Albuquerque got a real good look at him during his 6 hour crime spree.
