charlie isnt that good, dude. he's the team leader and captain, but he isn't their best player by any stretch. he has the triple deke, but that's pretty much it. russ tyler has the knuckle puck and was able to be utilized as a trick play to tie the game with the island (pronounced iceland) team.
charlie is a future coach. he has that kind of mindset. russ attempts to take off his jersey when banksy comes back from injury but charlie can feel that russ' skills (specifically the knucklepuck) can be utilized in this game. turns out, charlie was right.

I always hated that Julie wanted to play SO fricking badly, even almost quitting the team. And what does she do when Goldberg has an off night and is getting his arse kicked? She gets in a stupid fight and kicked out of the game.

With Banks on Varsity, the JV was in his command. Mix that with the confidence gained from winning the Junior Goodwill Games and he probably grew into his talents.

exactly how big was the Duck's division in D1? because in D2 when they all say where they are from, most of the original Ducks are from different cities

Another thing that always bothered me was when they're playing Keenan and his boys, and that puck goes flying and smashes into that car...the owner just throws it back like no big deal. Dude, that shite straight up cracked your window.

One thing I've learned living in Minnesota is that there are just tons of small towns around the twin cities with 20k-60k people
