Was it confirmed if he really shitted or if it was CGI?

Had to be CG right? Imagine having to film a rim job scene and that lol

If it was him does he just hold it in all day? What if it’s runny and not the right consistency?

Was curious about that as well. If it was $20’s, would probably have been less than $10M. Half a brick of $20s for reference

You think there were "at least" a thousand 20s in that envelope?

It just hit me how random and completely pointless the whole "new girl who was pregnant and went into labor" subplot was. Did they even mention her again after the second episode?

I thought the same thing, Maybe it was just to add to the realities of working in a "make believe fairy tale setting" like a five star resort where you repeatedly cater all these guests as the come and go, and you don't even realize that real life is happening around you and to your co-workers (that you don't even know all that much about), or I could be completely wrong on that.

Also, not sure if any show has done this yet, but it would have been interesting had the show explained that it was during covid and that everyone at the resort was vaccinated or something so they didn't have to shoot scenes in masks or whatever (but HBO might not wanna send any maskless messaging).

He mentioned her in the following episode, I believe it served as sort of a breaking point for Armond.

A thousand 20s would be about 4-1/2 inches thick, not accounting for any gaps, crinkles, etc.

The envelope was fat but not that fat.

Right. Look at the pic above...that's 100 bills, and the envelope may not have even been that thick.

But if we assume it is 20s, and that stack above is close, that means Stifler left Belinda a couple thousand as a tip. That's not bad for a few days' worth (week tops).

It’s a six part limited series. Got renewed for season two with a different resort and cast

I think only one tit shot. Not nearly enough

Right, that's why I said the second episode. I do remember someone saying her name at one point after she was gone...I think they referenced her being in the hospital or something like that. Just seemed odd to me that she disappeared after them making such a huge deal about her character. But I guess it at least makes sense from a narrative perspective that she'd be gone and in the hospital.

Eh...ish. So not really. (and only Daddario...not Sydney Sweeney)

Uh, yeah. That envelope was crammed to capacity. frick it. Let's say it was only $1,000. What is she crying about? Nobody owes her anything.

You think that there was no more than two thousand dollars in that envelope?

If it's all 20s, yes.

If it's 100s, then obviously much more.

But your estimate of there being 1,000 bills in there was waaaaaaay off.

I think it was used to just set the tone of the series. That’s where the chaos begins. Especially in Armond’s life/job.

So, 100 twenty dollar bills...in an envelope that was at least 3 or 4 inches thick?

A stack of bills is less than half an inch thick.

Finally watched the finale yesterday and stewed over it for a day. I've read through everyone's comments as well. At first, I felt incredibly short-changed with the ending.

- I was expecting something really dramatic...maybe some full-blown melt down or something at the dinner where all the guests were present that ended up involving most of them, if not all of them. We didn't get that.

- I was thinking that Paula's story would come to more of a dramatic ending with her maybe ODing or killing herself from the guilt of what happened to Kai. Nope.

- I figured Rachel would leave Shane and that maybe she'd catch him railing some other chick (maybe Olivia) because that just seemed to be on character for him. Didn't happen either.

- I definitely did not want Armond to be the body on the plane they mentioned in episode 1. frick.

BUT, now that I've thought about it. I'm pretty much at peace with how the storyline ended. Paula has to go back now with the knowledge that she completely fricked Kai over, probably ruining his life forever because of her delusional views on the world. Now that someone mentioned her possibly being pregnant, I hadn't thought of that. She probably isn't. I don't think morning sickness sets in quite that fast....but it would be icing on the cake if she was. After thinking about it for a while, I actually like that Rachel went back to Shane - not because I wanted his ending to be happy, but because they deserve each other. It was a realistic way to portray a relationship like that. He found his ridiculously hot arm candy, she found her ticket to the good life....but she only now realizes that she may not be happy with him? GTFO. Plus, as many of you have said, we all know that the relationship won't last. They both deserve the drama and pain and turmoil coming their way in the future. I'm still a bit pissed Armond was the one that got killed, but man he went off the rails from the first episode. I think we all figured Quinn would ditch the family at the airport, even though it would never work in reality. I'm still on the fence with Belinda, though. I get her disappointment when Tanya finally broke the news to her. I'm glad she blew off Rachel and I actually laughed at it because, to Belinda, I'm sure it seemed petty as frick. Plus she probably hears sob story after sob story from rich hotel guests about their problems in life. At the same time, though, if she couldn't tell that Tanya was as unstable as she was from all of their interactions, then that's on her.

I will say, though, Olivia topless at least once and more Rachel would have been nice.

I don't think it had anything to do with Armond. It's just intended to show the background noise happening while the rich white people come in and wreck shop and ultimately fly off leaving everything in the past. The whole show was about white privilege, really nothing more. In that respect I was a little disappointed.
