I'm throwing it out there, I don't know if anybody said this yet, but I think Woodbury might be trying to pull a fast one on Team Rick.
They referenced it early in the episode, get Merle to be an inside guy to wipe out the prison camp, with Daryl being untouchable. So this thing with Merle could all be a plan to try to get him on their side and put Woodbury's plan into action.

Greet episode. frick Andrea for coming in just in time to prevent Michone from killing the Gov. I think they relly sacrificed her character for plot developmentthisseasonwellit realywasn't that much of. A loss I guess.
Anybody get a head count of the outside group. I know there is Tyrese, Sacha, the bitten girl and the guy who looks like he was her frick buddy. But I lost track there.

Sure it's been discussed but I'm just watching for the first time. How does Andrea manage to frick up EVERY situation? Should've let Michonne kill Liam Neeson-light.

Yes, but they have to take out the brain so she doesn't turn into a zombie.
Question: All the heads in the fish tanks, some of them were still "alive" and moving when the tanks broke. So all the walkers they've decapitated in the last 3 seasons have live heads and can still bite until I guess they starve? Or did the solution in the tanks keep them somewhat alive? Maybe Michonne's choice of weapon/kill isn't as effective as we thought.

The heads won't starve any faster than if they were still attached. The difference is they aren't going anywhere, other than rolling downhill I guess.

Great episode. For all the reasons everyone has said. My only negative thoughts:
Why in the heck did Michonne choke the governor with the sheathed sword. We have seen her go all Duncan Macleod yet now she cannot kill this guy with a sword? This goes to a further complaint...the directors do not get basic things like combat. Always killing with 100 yard pistol shots and other ridiculous things. They could have done this so much smarter.
Second thing how did that zombie lazily bite that girl from the new group? I hate all the lazy bites we see. If someone has made it this long in this world they are not getting a lazy bite. Just like when Hershel got bit in the leg. How many of you would just step between a dead zombie's legs? I don't even live in this world and I wouldn't do it. I don't step near dead snakes, I wouldn't walk near a dead alligator I just found who looks still ready to bite. I just hate it when they do lazy things.

Yeah, but they're not very mobile so I think beheading them is sufficient to almost completely eliminate the threat.
