The moat thing isn't funny until they opened the barn and there's a big arse moat in there. For all the haters...I knew that one day the moat would be used in the movies. There is only one safe way to keep zombies away, and it is a moat.

The moat is a nice idea but the really important thing is a elevation differential of about 8 feet with no way to climb. Keep in mind that humans can use ladders and remove them (see the episodes in downtown atlanta), the zs can't. If the moat is too complicated to construct, any walled area (a concrete walled pen would be perfect) that funnels the zs to a certain point would work just as well. Add flammable liquid, match and get marshmallows.

Another related point of interest: the ledge in the gym kept Shane safe. With a Scythe he could have taken them all out with no problem.

8 feet isn't deep enough. They'll start to pile up. 20 feet is the correct depth for zombie control.

I really hope dale wakes up and kills the vast majority of the group. I like shanes dark side way more, hes actually a good character now, I just wish he would quit pining after the queen bitch and the dumbass kid. Rick needs to get his head on straight and realize that sending darrel, shane and the rest of the able bodies after that girl is just going to get enough people hurt and killed that he wont have the man power to protect the rest of the group. Andrea is just a dumb fricking count who needs a bullet to fix her face. If dale interferes take him out too. The only reason he is useful is for that RV and that can be taken from his cold dead fingers.

If this show has taught us one thing it's that women is ZPAW are retarded..

Carol is a whiney selfish b*tch.

Lori is a sl*t

Andrea shot at Daryl with 4 of her people around him because she was too impatient to actually see who it who

Maggie... nvm she's cool.

Sophia is queen of the retards... and deserves an arrow thru her head whether she is found alive or undead.

A .22 with a couple hundred rounds of ammo would have been better and easier.

I would take a crossbow, bow, or 12 gauge shotgun over a .22 unless it was going to be long range then its a .30-06.

I wouldn't take a bow over a .22, and I'd take a 7mm over a .30-06

A sound-suppressed AR15 is the best compromise. Good range, acceptable stopping power and light weight.

If you don't have a silencer just mount a cross bow under the barrel.

I'll take an M14, machete and a .357 and be quite happy.

I don't think guns are the way to go. To loud, finite amount of ammo, complications due to water/mud.

You don't have to reload a machette.

I don't know if it's been said before, but has anyone noticed how Daryl is always reusing arrows but puts them in his mouth and shite? Also he just got stabbed by his own zombie-covered arrow. How is he not infected?

There is an answer to this question in the books... but I won't say it here because I know some people don't like to know the book answer.

Exactly. I want something very durable and can be used for more then just zombie killing.

I feel vindicated reading this thread as I was watching the show when Andrea shot Daryl I was like hes the only good character and the dumbest bitch left on the planet earth shot him. If he would have died I think I would have quit watching. Also T-dawg needs to quit being a big pussy I am not a brother but its like the only black guy alive within a hundred miles is a tool wtf
