I hope Henry did it, because he is an annoying little punk that's needs to be punished.

Right now I would say Grace did it.

Maybe it means nothing but did anyone else catch when the lawyer friend rolled into the courtroom late.. she goes to sit by grace and then waves to the prosecutor ...

That felt so weird as she waves to the enemy .

Not sure if anyone else caught that

I think it was Johnathan or the lawyer friend

No way its not Jonathan. They have just been trying to keep us on our toes and keep us watching with all the other stuff.

Henry would do anything to help keep the family together so, I wouldn't be surprised if Jonathan asked him to hide it for him. He would 100% do it. Remember he kept quiet about seeing him with Elena.

This is the first week I didn't feel that Sylvia was involved. Sux because it would be more interesting if she was.

Very interesting cliffhanger! I'm interested in what everyone thinks it means. Its definitely not that obvious. It actually firms up my belief of who I actually think did it.

My money is on Sylvia. We know Jonathan had an affair with at least one other woman and it’s odd Sylvia would be so quick to conclude Jonathan is the killer after the very relevant points made by Jonathan’s attorney about holes in the investigation.

I noticed that as well but then remembered in a previous episode she said she knew the prosecutor, right? So maybe it was just a friendly hello?

Also, the actress playing Jonathan’s attorney has put up one hell of a performance so far. She is incredible.

It was really weird to cartoonishly wave oh haaiiii girl in the middle of a murder trial though

There's definitely something going on with Sylvia. Hell maybe this was a mass hit by everybody at the school to simply do away with the hot young outsider who was tempting all the husbands

If I'm not crazy when she sat down it looked like she reached over Grace and handed something to G's dad.

That’s true I noticed that too. Her entrance to the courtroom was completely unnecessary if she wasn’t relevant. They could’ve had her already seated like everyone else at the beginning of that scene.

ETA: I’m wondering if maybe in the last episode the defense will get to call witnesses and the blonde lawyer will get called as the other woman Jonathan cheated with and all hell breaks loose. Because Jonathan wrote some mystery woman’s name down in the lawyer office and that topic hasn’t come up again.

I thought of that but what about the DNA at the crime scene?

The best lawyer money can buy is terrible. As the Critical Drinker might say, she’s a boring plank that delivers her lines like she is reading a shopping list.

Otherwise the show is an interesting who done it that can be annoying at times. The audio is fine so the dialogue is easily heard, but so much dialogue is spoken in an emotionless raspy whisper by every character. Kind of like an M. Knight sha...whatever movie, which I found very annoying.

I guess it depends on if they stay true to the book or not
Are they trying to get more than one season out of this show?

Oh, good. Glad the 1L stopped by to tell us that's not how trials actually work!

So I think both the grandfather and the blonde are in on the murder. The grandfather stopped in and talked to the kid about the violin, possibly later putting the hammer in the violin case. Also could maybe explain why the blonde friend handed him a sheet of paper in the courtroom

At least it’s anyone guess on who did it before the final episode.

Give me Donald Sutherland
