Such an elite show

We are back online !

The night shift people are great. I’d watch their season any day of the week.

Whew. So much to recap

Nurse Emma is an angel .

Santos with the most DGAF attitude of all time constantly.

That look of terror from Ogilvy holding his ID badge was tough. He’s been through the wringer today and got a massive reality check. Glad that Whitaker could take him off the ledge

Mohan is about to crash out I think. Just an awful day from start to finish for her. She’s got no confidence

That look of Robby being letdown with his minions as Javadi/mohan initially opt out of the neuro case was telling. Javadi I thought was gonna pass out during the procedure. Don’t know if this may kickstart her a love for neuro in the future

Good moment between Langdon and Mel

Abbot with the cockblock breaking the hug up between Robby and Noel was odd

Robby has been going full steam for a breakdown for hours and with 2 episodes left who knows what’s gonna happen ( involuntary psych hold perhaps ??)

Best episode of the season, imo.

Dr Henderson is awesome!

I liked Dr Robby season 1 but I'm over him this season

Most unrealistic part of this show is how much autonomy they give medical students

Well in this show med students act like mid year interns and brand new interns act like 2nd year residents. But a med student following around the attending 70% of the time while getting half the pimp questions wrong wouldn’t be as interesting

Makes sense with how they’re setting up her character. Her replacement is that night shift resident we saw once

As Dr. Robby said in his diss of her... the pace of Geriatrics is more suited to her.

Robby has been a-hole 1B this season to Santos' 1A. His actions, mindset, and motivations are becoming less and less reasonable.
This most recent episode was intense and very good. Probably best of the season so far.

I’m mad Joy went home. She was becoming my favorite new character. Everyone this season besides her and Whitaker has been a complete downer. I’m tired of a-hole Robby he needs to get his shite together. If he’s so worried everything will go to shite while he’s gone then he’s lacked in leadership and teaching ability. Hell ask Abbott to take the day shift while your out.

It makes no sense to me why night shift has 2 attendings (abbott and asian guy) but day shift only has 1.

The show has jumped the shark this season. Robbie‘s constant meltdowns and holier than now attitude. Santos being an a-hole 24-7. Javadi’s bug eyes. Dana‘s fake Bronx accent or whatever the hell it is all day long drives me up the wall. I like the Whittington arc because he seems like one of the only normal people on the show right now. Dr. Whitaker is quickly emerging as the most likable character along with Dr. Abbot. Still watch it, but I have to gear up and get ready for it.

That's what Al-Hashimi is saying (but we do have two attendings this season).

They may have been scheduling for a heavy night load due to the holiday, not knowing that they'd take on the extra patients from the blackmail virus.

The ending of this episode very telling. It validates I believe where Robby was heading but his friend’s illness and his inability to let go will save him from taking his own life.

I poo poo’d this theory when people on the board first started saying it but I’m really starting to come around to it.
