the latest copy of rolling stone mags has all snl members ranked - guess who's number one? as well as the greatest episodes and the greatest and weakest seasons - well done by them.
imo its been weak for several years I couldn't tell you the last time I have watched the show. I did enjoy the show tonight.

Tim Meadows referencing Robert Downey Jr. as the lowest ranked class member was pretty funny

I enjoyed the Seinfeld segment. The show was excellent but it could have been better served by a single host like Seinfeld directing traffic. I enjoyed the slip ups, reminded is what a high wire act a live show really is

Completely agree. I loved the back in forth between Seinfeld and Larry David. Vanessa Bayer's contagious smile the whole time was awesome too. I'm a bigger fan of hers than most. Jewish boy gets me every time.

Yeah, it needed a host to balance the fact that it was going to be jumpy. It had to be jumpy because they were covering 40 years of ground breaking comedy, but they could have made it more cohesive with a comedic host.

I thought the pacing was terrible. Not sure why they even had musical acts but even more confused why they tried to force in Kanye and Miley. Those two kind of ruined the flow of the show.
Good tribute but it could've been much better. It felt more like a show that was intended for the people in the studio instead of the fans at home.
Kind of sad to think Conan, who wrote there for multiple seasons, had to watch it on TV.

Was in the audience.
Man, people really are miserable to have bitched so much about this on Twitter and all the other media platforms so much. What did they want and expect?

Don't think many expected 10 minutes of the show to be devoted to Kanye lying on the ground while singing in auto-tune.

Just a note: they are repeating the show tonight at 7, if you missed it.

Thanks, wish I'd noticed this sooner.

Miley killed it. Seriously, that's the best she's ever been.
