This had to have been filmed quite a while back. Kevin is doing subway commercials and he has lost a bunch of weight

It makes no sense. "Hey Pam I started a business in New Orleans and its doing great" "Jim I rather stay in Westlake"
I agree but Scranton is more Lake Charles or Shrevport than Westlake.

Top notch episode, cracked me up many times.
Kevin and Andy on drugs was hilarious, then Kevin taking Pam's cupcake "I know Pam, I know".

this also had to have been shown out of sequence...how do you have Pam drop that bombshell last week and then no mention of it in the next episode?
Pam was also a massive count in this episode, it would have been one thing if you just didn't trust his cupcakes but "let's have a meeting to decide if we can forgive this guy while he goes through rehab" What a bitch

fricking this.
"Top notch episode"? Really? You can't say that with a straight face.
This sums up my feelings on this one:

Welp, really glad "The Farm" isn't ever going to be a show.
That was bad. I understand why they did it (for the spinoff), but come on...it's an Office episode, not a Farm episode. Introducing ten new characters and weird storylines was really out of place...save that shite for the actual pilot of The Farm (which isn't happening anyway now).
Also, Dwight is past the point of mentally retarded now...shooting the dead aunt with a shotgun? I was hoping they weren't heading that way, but they were. I did like how Oscar was like "I'm fricking out" afterwards though.
The Packer shite was stupid, and the whole time I was talking to myself saying that he had laced the donuts with something (I was thinking maybe even jizz, since it's Packer, but didn't know if NBC would roll with that
Also, what is Packer doing now ro be able to afford a Vette? Loved that he still had the same license plate though. WLHUNG is funny shite.
Some solid Kevin and Creed moments, but overall, this episode was pretty terrible IMO.

Yeah very easy to see why The Farm didn't even make it to the debut stage. That was shite.

I thought the Office part of the episode was funny, but the farm part blew hard. I can see why NBC cancelled the series...

I remember reading this was supposed to be the 8th episode of the season (and Dwight's last), but when they scrapped the Farm, they pushed it back, and had to add in scenes to make it fit the story line (I'm guessing Packer going to Philly to see Jim and Darryl).
Like I said in my last post, the Office part was pretty funny, but it had no relevancy to the rest of the season. You're in the middle of the last season, and have this story line going about Jim/Pam, the making of the documentary, and they just completely abandon it all for this one episode, not to mention an episode coming off of a three week break (which pissed me off the most).
They should have scrapped this whole episode when they scrapped the Farm. Like the episode when Dwight and Angela went to visit his aunt, this shite just wasn't funny.

I would watch The Farm, it is better than most of the crap on right now. This episode was postponed from Feb. that is why there is no continuity.

Like I said, they should have canned the whole episode after the Farm was cancelled. I'm not one of these guys to complain about the present state of the show and come shite on it and every thread, but the whole throwing dirt in the face was stupid, the Packer/cupcake story line was stupid (although some funny parts came out of it), and the farm story line was stupid.

I found Dwight's comment during the Farm segment about playing on people's weakness towards nostalgia ironic considering that's what this whole season is based on.
Still a fan of the show. Fwiw

This was one of the worst office episodes I can remember, just terrible. It's easy to see why the Dwight spin off didn't get picked up

For me this was the worst episode of The Office ever, which probably means Dwight's show would've been canceled after two episodes. Dropping that show before it started was the best move NBC has made in 15 years.
