I would suggest pee breaks after the crew talks about pissing off Poseidon but the best time would be after the discussion of Tiresias' prophecy. The first is at about 1 hour; the second is probably a little more than an hour and a half in.

Just watched it today after waiting 3 weeks for tickets for the 70MM IMAX show in Denver. It was totally worth it. I read the Iliad and the Odyssey in school back in the day and I was anxiously awaiting this. Great ficking movie!

Guaranteed at this point, it just needs a little over $47 million to eclipse Deadpool and Wolverine. It will make more than that each in China and continued 70mm runs in the US alone.
