The scene in "There's Something About Mary" where Matt Dillon is talking to Cameron Diaz about his real passion in life, "working with retards". The entire scene is hysterical, but when he says, longingly, "those goofy bastards are about the best thing I've got going in this crazy world", I lose it. Every single time!

Almost every scene in Strange Wilderness. The opening scene, the scene where they eat Dick, the scene when they find big foot, the scene at the very end with the sharks. I've watched that movie a thousand times and still laugh every single time.

For me, it’s the scene where Moses is coming Down from the Mountain with three tablets and drops one.
