I do. well i want it to introduce it at least and those characters have interactions with Mando and then we can have other shows that focus on them. Theres no reason to not tie all of this into finding Ezra at some point, and he becoming a central part of the Star Wars universe going forward.
That’s totally fine. Just keep Mando and Grogu out of it. Great television and movies are almost always based around great characters and character arcs, characters driving the plot because of their journeys. That hasn’t happened this season

The Zeb cameo was cherry on top.
I didnt hear much of the dialogue during that scene. Is it confirmed that was Zeb?

Yes, and voiced by Steve Blum.

Besides, Zeb believes he's the last of his species and hell-bent to take it out on the Empire.
In Rebels he learned he was not finally.

I've seen Thrawn mentioned, possible showing?
I could see the possibility of Thrawn at some point making a cameo but it would probably also be with Ashoka in the cameo as well leading up to the premiere of her show.
I do think at some point will see Sabine Wren though in this show.

Maybe at the end of the day, the whole thing was all about Grogu becoming the first force sensitive mandalorian since what's his face.
Jedi Tarre Vizsla says hello and was the one to create the dark saber.

I don’t give two shits about Bo Katan. She’s cool but this emphasis on her just screams Filoni and while he’s great, he has a hard on for characters he helped create.
I have a feeling we may see less of her in the next few episodes as she is recruiting other Mandalorians. I suspect the build to the final episode will be the New Republic investigating and finding the Mandalorians taking up refuge now on their new planet and some kind of conflict there with them or the Empire reappearing in some kind of force and Bo Katan coming in with an army to help save the day. Somehow Mando no longer has the dark saber and her winning it in battle and becoming Mandalore once more. Than she gets her own series.

The doctor was trying to give the New Republic the cloning science that he was developing for the Empire.
So I don’t understand the clone part. Wouldn’t Palp already be cloned at this point? I don’t see how the Bad Batch and this show can be focused on cloning decades apart
Posted on 4/1/23 at 7:15 am to Geralt of Rivia
The attempts at the Palp clones didn't work out the way they hoped, I think.

That would make me feel a little better then. Vader would have really thought that killing hill in ROTJ was final
Posted on 4/1/23 at 7:49 am to Geralt of Rivia
I think the Empire under Palp always wanted to control cloning. Palp died around 23 years after the Bad Batch. Mando took place 4 years after the ROTJ. Pal returns 26 years after Mando in a physical form but his presence n the force never left.
Now in the expanded universe cloning during this exact time of Mando is a big deal because we are introduced to Luuke Skywalker the clone.

Ok episode. I hope all this buildup is worth it at end of season because there have been too many “ok” episodes for an 8 episode season. Either they are setting up for a big finale or season 4 is going to be a biggun.
Idk what it is about this season but it doesn’t feel like it has Favreau’s finger prints on it like the previous two.
