I don't see how they make that work honestly. How many times would OG Cap have died if he was just a regular dude with a shield? The character doesn't work without super strength.

all I see is a regular man with a wing suit that is somehow supposed to be able to fight in hand to hand combat with these advanced bad guys.

Agree unfortunately. How is he going to fight hulk as a regular man? Are they going to give him some type of tech to beat him?
I was thinking he would get some serum bc I believe in "Falcon and Winter Soldier" they were chasing the serum down. Hoping it still happens. Maybe he decides "to take a chance" with the only serum they can find or something.
