The third episode was really, really bad. It has gotten back on track for sure. You could probably just read an episode three summary and jump right to episode four if you don't even want to bother with the bad episode.

He is relentless wow.
He can’t leave a take as “I thought the episode was preachy and stalled the plot.” It has to become a morality war, and then every disagreement is dishonesty. At least it gives the board some spice and entertainment. Although it does get exasperating at times.
