CT’s cousin was one of the guys from VMI. David was his name. He did some challenges after Seattle but wasn’t particularly good. I recall him being much nicer and more stable than early CT.

As for Rogan, that’s hilarious. I think being tied to Joss is the only thing keeping him in the game.

One gameplay related comment is that Wes overplayed his hand with lobbying for Theo. I understand why because he had an alliance with Joss but 5/12 people on the US voted for Joss as the strong player going in, including Jordan. If Wes didn’t push it, Josh would have nominated Joss and it would have been a fairly uncontroversial move, Joss eliminates Bear, and Wes stays in the game with his main foe in the UK out.

There’s only a few people on the show more athletic than Bear and Wes ain’t one of them

Did anyone else catch the promo they did during the show for Challenge tryouts? Apparently they're going to Spartan events now looking for talent. I think they are basically setting up at a every big event and having open tryouts for the next few months.

fricking brilliant move. We're probably going to be seeing a lot more guys like Turbo entering the likes of the challenge soon. The only problem is, that when you get a house full of people like Ninja Natalie, with zero personality, but incredible athleticism, you don't really have a fun show anymore.

You have to have the John's and Wes's of the world for entertainment. They struck gold with many of the Brits, particularly Bear snd Kyle, because they were reality stars first and Challengers second.

Basically, you need complete psychopaths and terrible human beings with no remorse or reservations to be on the show and make it great, combined with near semi-pro athletisicm.

From my understanding of the original Fresh Meat, they cast alternates from the Denver, Key West, and Austin seasons who were athletic. Evan played hockey and was the first alternate for Key West, for example. I believe Cara was a Denver alternate. So these spartan events could be a way to find great athletes. Then you look at their background, give them some psychological tests, ask them how much they drink and if they were in fraternities and you can approximate how these people are IRL.

Ninja was taken because of her social media following but these would be more like classic real world picks but with athletic backgrounds. It’s a good idea.

I wonder if Bear will ever come back after his scandal with the 15 year old girl in his bed while he’s rapping along to a song about raw dogging underage chicks. I believe it happened in real life during the time after they wrapped production but were editing the show.

It’s in the British tabloids and apparently was on Snapchat or something. My guess is that his role was too big with the Wes elimination to edit him out of the show the way they did that one guy who beat his girlfriend and then came to film Revenge of the Champions. They learned about his bond within days and he left around the time of the second elimination.

Laurel is a bitch, but a hell of a competitor. I would be afraid to go against her. Sucks she is gone because she is great for the show.

How many seasons will we have to watch Josh strike out with another chick before he finally gets laid?

I am convinced Cara will eventually seek help for mental health issues. She is the queen of instability.
