Josh is a 25 year old guy who is probably 6’3” and won a $500,000 prize on a national game show. Yet he couldn’t get laid at a brothel. It’s really amazing.

Also, if Georgia was trying to continue to hook up with Bear (terrible idea, but that’s beside the point), why wouldn’t she vote for Laurel?

Yet again, in a strong field, the people who are too transparent in their moves are setting themselves up for failure. First Wes, then Laurel. I imagine Johnny will be the next target once the US loses. And this is a loaded field for the US. Everyone except for Josh, Leroy, and Nany is used to being a shot caller.

That was a great elimination btw.

Good to see that Wes is still controlling the game. Dude is gone and his name was mentioned more this week than it was last week.

And Laurel is insufferable. Kyle played her like a fool.

John and Josh are the top two targets for the guys. Ashley really screwed herself and will be the next US girl up for elimination.

The Kam/Ninja/Cara alliance is strong, and they are obviously aligned with Paulie. Zach is doing a good job laying low, as is Leroy. Turbo is sailing right now, too. If Jordan doesn’t put his foot in his mouth, John and Josh are definitely the two US players on the chopping block. However if the US keeps winning, then I’m not sure how John gets eliminated.

The Brits are going to put in Bear, Idris, or ultimately Rogan in when they lose, and besides Bear, I think neither of those other guys have a shot at beating John.

John sucks at eliminations. I could see him easily being eliminated by any of those 3

I had to go back and watch that elimination again to see Laurel celebrating like an idiot, throwing the finger and crotch shots at Ninja, who did nothing to her, only to have the “win” snatched from her and Johnny

That was amazing

That was so enjoyable to watch Laurel act like a complete arse and then actually lose. I think it's pretty clear the show purposely made one of the holes hard to see on purpose like that...well done.

Tori had her pegged in her confessional. She calls herself Queen of the Challenge but runs and cries anytime someone dares to bring her name up for elimination.

literally everyone on the show does this

and as the players get older and more experienced, they actively campaign against going into eliminations.

also, that episode was fricking AMAZING. this season has been fantastic

This.

And Johnny is the worse at it. I hope he gets thrown into an elimination this season just to see his reaction.

Ninja, who did nothing to her

That entire episode reeks of selective editing and production frick ups. I guarantee that Ninja did something to garner that reaction, but the narrative is crazy Laurel so it looks better if she reacted that way unprovoked.

Was that elimination better or worse than the one where Zach won, went crazy and threw his helmet at the gallery, and then found out he was DQ’d for a rule violation?

I think last nights was better. The slow motion crotch shots from Laurel, along with the Banana's alliance reactions was amazing, especially to see their pure joy turn to sadness and disappointment.

Laurel...cringeworthy

The only thing I wish was that Wes would have still been there. To get to see him frick with Johnny after that elimination and power move attempt would have been incredible.

Johnny continues to stir up shite about Wes working with people when Johnny is the king of that. The entire cast is such hypocrites when it comes to that element of the game.

On a side note, Ninja really sucked at that elimination considering she is a climbing master. She describes herself as a "Proish climber" on her instagram page. I expected her to scale that tree like a monkey or squirrel. Instead, it looked like she was taking her sweet time. It shouldnt have been close. It wasn't like Laurel was scaling that thing quickly either.

But I will giver her props for telling the Brits she wanted Laurel. That was a boss move

She had to find all the holes to put the sticks in so it wasn't as easy as just climbing. Plus Laurel is taller and one of the best female competitors on the show ever.

Yeah, the format of the challenge killed the climbing momentum you would get. Think of it as the difference between running 400 meters versus sprinting 40 meters, stopping, and then doing another 40 meter dash after 5 seconds, 10 straight times.

Still I expected Ninja to win that more easily. She did get to the very top before Laurel and stopped to try to figure out where she missed her spot, whereas Laurel just jammed her final peg on the top of the climbing structure. It looked to me like both players missed the same spot initially.

I really don’t think there was much selective editing. On Twitter Laurel posted about what Ninja did beforehand, and it was very mild, even from laurel’s standpoint.

Her entire gameplay this season seemed way too aggressive for the actual situation. She freaks out over a fairly minor thing about Wes said last week that wasn’t even about her. She decided to throw an elimination because of a small disadvantage in the numbers game. She freaked out at the meeting over players having alliances when everyone except Sean, Big T, and maybe Turbo is actively seeking a numbers advantage (and the first two are already gone).

It’s ridiculous. If you ask me, she is just upset that the new generation of players can’t be bullied as easily as previous ones. Kam isn’t as good as her but won’t back down. Ninja will go up against anyone and showed her worth last season.

It looked like production fricked up that challenge really badly. If there were 21 branches they should not have had 22 places that the branches could have gone.

I feel like we’ve heard of eliminations being redone/changed for less.

And then TJ blows the horn but Ninja just gets to start again? Seems like, at that point, the smart thing would have been to DQ Laurel for ringing the bell without having completed the challenge correctly. If the horn had never been blown I could see them allowing them to continue, but not after.

There were only 21 holes, that's why Ninja was lost. She couldn't find one. Laurel just stuck hers in a crease between the tree and the pole with the bell.

That was kind of dumb IMO. Usually they will just tell the person like Laurel that you didn't finish or whatever and the challenge keeps going. Makes you wonder if Ninja hadn't pointed it out if production would have even gone back and looked at the tape.

I think production had no clue until Ninja noticed it. If she has just given up and not looked for the missing spot on her own side, Laurel would have won the elimination.

Nah I mean I think she was annoyed with Nat jumping around and dancing so cocky when she saw the challenge thinking she had already won.

That plus the fact that she literally called her out to go against her was why Laurel reacted the way she did. Plus she’s an awkward nerd so she would do something like that as a 35 year old woman

It was an awesome and epic elimination and twist of fortunes not just for her and Nat but for the whole house with both sides going from elation and utter defeat and vice versa.

Season has been great

Laurel has a history of insanity and flipping out over minor things. She went completely nuts and cut off Cara and everyone who had been friendly to her when Nicole turned her lesbian then went psycho on Nicole when they broke up.

I don't think she'll ever top flipping out on Big easy though.
