Agree with this 100%.

The Kyle/Paulie thing is pretty funny. If I remember his Big Brother season, he was a pretty clean cut dude. Now it seems like he is trying to be Kyle with all the added tats and overall weirdness that Cara brings. Or maybe it's Cara trying to turn him into Kyle...

I’m pulling for Wes to win it all. I hope turbo knocks the shite out of that bear dude.

I wonder if Bananas still thinks Zach was working with Wes....still can’t believe he decided to go against Zach in that elimination. What a boneheaded decision

Who is Leroy’s alliance? Who is Gus and Jenna’s alliance?

I think I'm pulling for Turbo at this point.

Another boneheaded decision.

Bananas picking Zach was dumb.

JP picking CT was dumb, although CT went home anyway it was nothing to do with JP.

Zach picking Wes was dumb, although obviously that was Zahida's call. Zach should have just agreed to go with Josh and Amanda rather than fight her on that one.

Each other, probably. They should work on getting in with Josh and Amanda and possibly Wes and Dee since they are the only other teams with Brits on them. Except Paulie and Ninja Natalie, but I can't imagine Paulie working with Jenna at this point.

Problem is that, for the past few seasons, the vets can’t seem to manage to form anything that even loosely resembles an alliance of their own. They used to put drama aside until they picked off all the rookies that they could, but now they all just seem to hate each other over Twitter drama too much.

Well I think the problem is that the UK folks are thick as thieves in comparison to the vets and are also way better competitors than most of the rookies you normally see. They’re just playing the same game they always do, but the problem is that they’re surrounded by enemies united against them instead of a bunch of noobies trying to pick a side or just stay afloat. They need to adjust or they’re going to get run over, or, just as likely I suppose, MTV will start reducing the amount of UK folks so they don’t run roughshod over the competition.

Stupid move by Zack. That just proves the Brits are running this show.

How does this prove the Brits are running anything? I seriously don’t get what you are seeing. They literally haven’t done anything yet. You are right about Zach being stupid, but that’s all this was. He should have just picked Josh and Amanda.

There are 5 people in that alliance. 2 of them were just nominated for elimination(Bear and Zahida), and one of them went home. If the Brit alliance is so strong, why did Theo just lose an alliance member, while his partner got what she wanted? Let’s not forget that Kyle, who has ties with the Brits, went in last week.

fricking Leroy sucks, but his partner was absolute hot fricking garbage.
He was putting one bag to Da'Vonne's two (who ain't exactly known for her physical strength and elimination prowess) and his the partner could barely move the board and inch. Just all around atrocious. And Wes was right, he would have absolutely smoked bear. Hell, even Leroy it looked like beat him one on one.

And Been saying it for weeks, you could see this brit mob coming as the vets all let their stupid personal vendettas get in their way of actully playing the game.

In the old days, the vets would have put anaimous aside, at least for the first few weeks, and chopped up the newbies in a matter of episodes, then fought each other for the prize when the time came... Now, with so much drama, primarily between the John and anti-John crowds and the Kyle-Cara-Paulie dumbshit, they've let the game almost get out of their control.

If I'm the Americans, I try to make a truce, at least for the time being, we take them out every week until their gone...no matter what.

I'm sure Paulie's dumb arse would probably still go for Kyle evey week, but if two other teams in the tribunal don't vote with him, he has no sway.

Nany it seems has finally realized what's going on from the clip, but it also looks like the Brits may win the next challenge.

And for the fricking life of me, I don't understand how Amanda and Josh are still there. There were just so many opportunities for past teams to survive the elimination by picking them. Some very dumb games played this year by seasoned cast members.

Amanda and Josh are easily the worst team there. This just shows how stupid Zack was to not call them out. Leroy and Shalene were the second worst so them losing wasn't a big deal. Bear's team is near the bottom too, maybe one step above Leroy.

Wes knows the Brit alliance will be a problem. That's partly why he went after Bear to start to break them up.

Turbo: “they are going to fight. Maybe someone will die?”

I think he may be a Dothraki.

The weak teams are definitely Amanda and Josh, Bear and Davonne, and then Gus and Jenna.

No one is going to call in Turbo, Paulie, and Theo. Ashley C won’t be a target for now, either.

Wes, Hunter, and Kyle are the guys who may get called in towards the end. For now I think the Brits will focus on Gus and Josh/Amanda, while the rest focus on Bear.

During the elimination tonight, wouldn’t it have made sense for leeroy and bear to ask for the same amount of bags that their teammate was pulling? You can only go as fast as the slowest teammate in this elimination and that way they would get them across quickly and not gas out in the beginning.

One the guy was done with his bags he was just pulling an empty sled back, filling it up, and sending it again. I don’t see how the guys slowing down would’ve helped really.

It may have helped in the beginning. While they were both slowly pulling 6 sandbags, they could have kept a steady pace of 2 or 3 and got it back to their partner quicker.

Not sure if this would have been negated during the empty sled pulling later vs the 2 bag pulling.

But then they would’ve been pulling 2-3 bags for longer instead of an empty sled. My point is that it should even out.

Of course Nany likes Bear. She is stupid in almost everything she does.

Of course Leroy sucks arse at the challenge. He used to be solid, but now he almost universally sucks at these things.

Leroy dogging Kam until she's not interested anymore and moves on, and then he's all like "I love you and I want it to go back to how we used to be."

I love how how they are arguing about personal shite and it's in the house in front of like 10 other people that act like high school kids.

I can't wait for Georgia to see how bad she's getting played by that a-hole Bear on national TV.

Who the frick is Gus? I think that is honestly the first time I have seen him on this season.

Hilarious that Leroy is called out for elimination, and I almost hope he goes home. I used to LOVE that dude, but man he's unbearable now. And this should be a challenge he should roll in, so we shall see if his entitled arse still has what it takes to compete.

Pulling this shite across the sand seems like it would be touch as hell. And 40 bags seems like a TON. But props to them for making them all do 40 bags instead of less for the girls.

Leroy, take your bitch arse home. I wonder how long that challenge actually took.

Can't stress enough how great it is to have "drama + challenge + drama + elminiation" all in one episode. I'm so glad they seem to have gone back to that formula.

I wonder if the girls' bags weighed the same. TJ said there was almost 3000 lbs, but was that for each set of 40 bags or for all bags total?

That’s a good point and I hadn’t thought of that. But the way they were numbering the bags per trip makes me think they were the same weight.

I want to know how long that elimination took because I was thinking strategy-wise that would it have worked better if you just took two bags per trip. That would’ve been 40 times pulling back and forth, so 20 times total per person. And you could keep a steady pace and know that you only had to do two instead of trying to frontload the challenge and gas out. In theory you would never really gas out completely. And you could get the sled back and forth a lot faster than they seemed to be moving.

I hope I’m explaining that the way I am seeing it in my head.

FWIW, Roy Lee made a point to go on twitter and say how disappointed he was with MTV for how they edited him this season.

Apparently Kareem fricking Abdul Jabar is a gigantic challenge fan. He even wrote a big bizarre, fanboy-ish, yet critical piece for the Hollywood Reporter the other day.

I was listening a little to Derrick's podcast and they talked about it and also said the show is now apparently breaking or tying record ratings for the show.

I hate he strategy of keeping weak arse teams like Josh/Amanda around.

They end up making it right up to the end and then the last challenge is basically meaningless because whichever good team has to go against them just smokes them.

It’s a dumb strategy too IMO if you’re a good but not elite team to not put those guys in because you are giving an elite team a layup whenever they slip up
