You shouldn’t. The Clone Wars and Rebels are fantastic.

My wife is much more forgiving I am and lets characters grow on her. But she hates the modders. Especially the pale as frick girl.

When she made the guy give up his rifle so she could go to the roof top and she handed over her pistol… but why

You mean the Power Rangers (gotta give Jeremy Jahns credit for that one)

Someone mentioned that they wished grogus chain mail came in to play. I believe it did when he force pulled that joint off the droid. That thing shot off like a canon.

Whenever Mando sliced off one turret and then stabbed the “head” of the droid he fell off. Two things, why not chop off both turrets. Also when he fell off he lost the dark saber. It was visibly on the ground and he never went back for it. I kept looking at his waist in the rest of the scenes to see if it was there. I never saw it but I imagine that’s a non factor and he just got it back somehow.

So who is the guy with red hair in the after credit scene? I couldn’t place him but he’s familiar.

I’m fine with badass girls. Totally buy into Fennec Shand. But it takes you out of the moment when Disney has to highlight that “girls can do everything boys can do.”

Mod girl. -Everything about her.
But even the Freetown people. When the girl that went up with mod girl on the roof was singled out. It’s just weird. Reminds me of nerdy cosplay girls and fan fiction. Good writing doesn’t include that bullshite.

Oh well. Corporate writing committees and such.

that was really bad

a fat boba fett becoming a hero

and the chumping of Cad Bane was an embarrassment. he's 10x the gun fighter that fett, his lame arse female assassin partner.

please kill the show, no one gave a frick about fett, they liked him in movies, they didnt like him to have his own movie.

As a fan I agree as I would love to have Bane in the future but I understand as it comes full circle now

Again, I am dubious that he is dead. Either the distress beacon was for Todo who could fetch him and nurse him back to health but if he is actually dead it might bring Crimson Dawn to Tattoine to fill the bad guy vacuum that is there now. I suppose the Hutts could come back as well.

On the flip side if Cad Bane is dead while we can't see him in the future we can see him in the past. There is an incredible amount of time in the SW universe to flesh out which is what gave us Mando and Boba and is giving us Obi and Andor. If people continue to watch and it is profitable enough for Disney I could see Star Wars live-action series running fairly continuously for years in the range of 32 episodes a year.

After thinking about it through the day E7 was a bit of a letdown. It is clear that bringing in new characters to live-action and the resurrection of others back into live-action is the juice SW nerds live for. We got too much heroin in E6 so the Vicodin we got in E7 just didn't quite cut it.

Some of the fight sequences felt like a letdown also but they really did have the cheesy pace and lack of realism found in the original trilogy. I think it may be been over-ambition and budget constraints. The sniper scene needed to be at long range and from a different angle for example.

Lots are upset about the treatment of Cad Bane's "death" but I think the poorest deaths were the Gamorreans. It read like "ow shite we forgot to treat the Gamorreans in the fight, get some B-roll of the getting croaked". I didn't buy just backing them off the cliff, unless pigs think they will bounce or fly they aren't just going to back off a cliff at least until they have taken some damage that is painful enough they just embrace the succor of death.

Grogu was a masterstroke by whoever thought him up. Lil dude carries every single scene he is in. I am almost convinced they could CGI him into a few scenes in each of the final trilogy movies and make them worth watching...almost.

WTF was this season finale? Episode 6 was original trilogy worthy and Episode 7 was sequel trilogy quality. Cad better not be dead. Don’t know much about that guy but he seems like a true badass.

The comment is buried in my tome above but even if he is dead it doesn't mean we won't see him more in live-action. SWs shows are not brought out on a linear timeline so there is plenty of time prior to 9 ABY for him to rip and run. It isn't like the death of Ned Stark, Omar, or Wild Bill Hickock.

The more I think about that whole final fight the more lame it is. Boba doesn’t even know his own sorry arse crew’s worthless plan, let’s just hide in this bombed out bar.

The mods and their mopeds that go 15 mph would’ve been waxed right away, they are terrible.

Droids can’t hit a single person out of a flock of 20 running down the middle of the street from 30 feet away directly in front of them.

How many times they gotta shoot their worthless pistols at those shields before they realize it does frick all.

Rancor takes several chest shots at point blank from the droids, gets stabbed by the droids legs, but runs away like a puss when Cad blows a little fire in its face?

Fight should’ve started with Fett bringing the rancor in to start, Mando and Fennec handle the Pykes after the mods get blasted away, Cad kills the Rancor, then Cad takes on Mando/Fett 1 on 2 jet packing around the city while using all their tech and tricks, somehow knocks Mando out of the fight then Boba vs Cad in some longer 1 on 1 action.

shite was just lame. Besides riding the Rancor, the Boba mystique for me was destroyed with this show. He was not a badass and pales in comparison to Mando.

Boba and friend’s strategising:

Boba: let’s do this
Random person: no, let’s do the opposite
Boba:: ok

They made Boba look weak, and Fennec look naive in the sanctuary scenes. This episode was disappointing to me, but my kids loved the fighting.

Rodriguez is a shite director. The modders need to be killed ASAP. Several spots of the finale it just seemed to drag. How many times do we have to watch the droids shoot and miss while Boba/Mando/etc...shoot at the droid's shield? Most of the fighting scenes were just dumb. Hey let's all hide in the same spot behind a speeder. It's time for Grogu to talk, just making noises is getting ridiculous. I still don't see how Mando is going to perform bounties with no cargo hold. Boba finally did some action but overall this series destroyed his mystique. Never as a kid did I imagine Boba to be a peacekeeper. Bane deserved a better ending than that so I hope he's not dead.

Some of y’all are hating just to hate. It wasn’t the worst episode ever. Somethings maybe could have been different but y’all are talking yourselves into hating this episode and thinking it was awful.

The Modds automatically make it below average. They’re so awful and completely take me out of the Star Wars universe. They don’t fit in any capacity

The power rangers suck and so do their 5mph motorcycles

I don’t like the mayors right hand man. He’s annoying as shite.
