It really is pretty refreshing to have such a diverse cast and race literally plays no role in the story at all. Just great written characters and sharp dialogue.

Which is how it ought to be. Inserted woke agendas destroy series and movies. The Bear is a clear example of not focusing on that nonsense and allowing the story and characters to grow organically.

somebody pointed out to me that predator was the first woke movie where there were blacks, whites, native americans, and hispanics all had equal representation and no race bullshite came up. just some dudes killing some cartel folk funded by the commies.

production for Season 2 was set up right outside my office a few months back
Got a building communique last week that a show was filming outside of my office all week this week. It said it was a different show, but as I suspected it was a just a working title code name. The Bear is back, and there are a bunch of guys dressed as Jeff’s walking around.

I’ll post a pic if I spot Lip

It is a really good show and depicts the restaurant business very accurately…
I don’t get caught up in the woke/not woke BS but I kept expecting race to become a factor especially with the asst manager chick and it just never happened…it was a refreshing to not go that route

Its a great show, but I'm not going to lie I was highly annoyed by Sydney and Marcus towards the end, and that Carmy apologized to them, not the other way around

I was yelling at my TV when Marcus walked in trying to get feedback on his donuts during service.

Nobody on that show has any time to think about anything other than work.

Every episode got me anxious.
