The 90% critic score is completely organic too, right?

Mae is seeking revenge against these 4 jedi and the 2 we’ve seen know exactly who she is and seem to feel super guilty.
One literally killed himself for forgiveness. It’s almost telegraphed there is something more going on than what we’ve heard from the Jedi.

Honestly, if you watched the show you’d complain about it feeling predictable.

I think the critics actually watched it before they reviewed it.

180 million dollars for campfires in space?

On par with with space horsies charging into battle on the hull of a Star Destroyer.

GFY Disney Star Wars.

Real Star Wars fans don’t have issues with fire in space.

Kaiju, how can you hate classic lines such as:

"Somehow, Palpatine returned!" or "They fly now? They fly now."

I m as real a SW fan as they get. 1st movie I saw in theaters was New Hope (a re-release in 1979). Saw it with my mom. Was Yoda during my first Trick or Treating expedition in 79.

Have been a collector and a rabid fan since

A fire that is lazily licking like a campfire. . .in space? fricking retarded.

But again. . .like the 5th or 6th dumbest thing in that episode.

Amazing that people put out a terrible show and people find ways to blame the fans.

I mean i’m not blaming the fans.

It’s not terrible show.

It’s not Mandalorian or Andor or OT good.

But if you’re gonna cry about 7 seconds of space fire at least be consistent. Go into a show looking to hate it and you will find a reason. People point out plotholes smaller than hiding Darth Vaders kids from him by leaving one them with his family, giving him his last name and telling him his father was Anakin Skywalker.

That is what the DEI era of Hollywood has done.

Started with 2016 Ghostbusters, iirc

There were people on this board defending that load of shite as aggressuvely as Sammy defends all things Disney.

#2- Ending monologue

#3- Everything rooster hair says and does

#4- She killed a Jedi Master? Put her on an unguarded ship!

#5- The acting of Jedi Master Nepo-tism, the bald green chick

-We need you, you are vital to defending this place!!!

-I trained her

-OK, I guess you aren't vital, go.

Honorable mention- Jedi only pull saber when they are ready to kill. . . 5 minutes later rooster hair using saber as a flashlight.

Fantastic, natural dialogue like "Attack me with all of your strength"Sounds like an Inigo Montoya bit. . .but that was a comedy
All from the 1st episode

Honestly, the DEI stuff is annoying, but if the shows were well written, logical and of high quality, I would not care. But if you are hijacking a famous, classic IP for DEI propaganda; no thanks, I am out.

Seriously, these shows and moves under Disney have not been very good for the most part and very much not Star Wars.

Yup.

season and a half of Mando
Andor
Rogue One

I'll even throw in TFA

That is all Disney has made, as far as decent Star Wars stuff.

FTR, I don't watch SW cartoons

A fiery explosion in space is one thing.

A sustained, crackling campfire on the outside of a spaceship is something else entirely different.

Star Wars fans understand that there is no sound in space. Yet will suspend belief because tie fighter sound really cool.

But when spending $180 million (or $22 million per episode) doesn’t give them enough in the budget even try…

Unfortunately, this idiotic scene is the least of the shows problems.
