Based on how previous Naviti have voted and the way this episode was edited, I thought for sure it was going to be Libby.

I think they should do a season where everybody was a previous "First person out". A kind of Loser Survivor. Of course the first person out of that would have to be executed on the spot due to shame.
I also think a runner-up season would be a good concept.

That would be entertaining.
Plus a "first person out" season would basically be like a new cast since we didn't get to know any of them the first time around. Well, unless some are first person out from an all-star or second chance season.

I'd like to see them do a season of best winners vs best to never win. Not necessarily runner ups but favorites who got close but never won. Rob C, Malcolm, Cirie etc, hell I'd even like to see Russell on a season like that.

As much as I'd like to see him come back he wouldn't make the merge in a season like that and he knows it. I think he's stated several times on his podcast that there is no way he would ever come back. Plus his podcast are his full time job now and having to bench himself for an entire survivor season is not likely something he'd want to do. Especially considering how big the target would be on his back anyway.
I do like the idea of a "best finalist who didn't win" type of season though if they got the right people.

I'll never understand that...like you two said he knew Dom was after him and he didn't use his idol. I'm surprised the girls haven't tried to team up against the guys.

Chris even says in his interview prior to Tribal Council, "... there's blood in the water." AND STILL DOESN'T PLAY HIS IDOL. Complete meathead.
I mentioned it last night to the wife how predictable the girls were for ganging up on the prettiest one. They'll eventually get her even if it means they lose in the long run.

Poor libby. I told my wife the exact same thing. Girls are so catty it's unbelievable. There was one line in the sand drawn between chris and dom and these girls went catty. So now, Libby can rally some troops to throw votes back at them. Wait until maybe to see if Chris plays an idol then next vote go after her or something. Just seemed bad timing and it showed their hands early.

Does Dom still have a real idol? I think he's overplaying things early, but the cattiness of the girls towards Libby might help his cause.
