I think Dom was more deserving and the jury was simply bitter.
I have watched the show since it started. We have never missed a single episode. I watched yesterday and when Sea Bass did not use his extra vote for Dom and Laurel did nothing I asked myself. Have any of these people ever watched the show? What a absolutely dumb arse move.
Contestants continue to make the exact same mistakes as hundreds before them. Just sitting around waiting for something to happen. He had the perfect opportunity to rally a few people and try to win the game. Instead, he pocketed his extra vote and just sit there and got voted out
Then when he got on the jury, he was a little bitch and pouted. "Yea Dom, we were bros and I was going to vote you out but now Im mad that you turned on me and voted me out"
I was yelling, "fricking imbecile". What a joke to get that far and do absolutely nothing to try and win

Dom knew it was over for him when Jeff announced that Laurel would cast the deciding vote.

Agree. So did I

Yea, they check the votes every time before Jeff reads them, once they knew is was a tie, they stacked the votes in the box so it would be dramatic then decided to read them. I knew instantly when he said he would read them that it was a tie
This.
Once he started reading them right there at tribal it was definitely going to be a tie.
Back to the beginning of the episode, why would Angela blow up Sea Bass's game like that? Here's your best chance remaining to get rid of Dom thanks to an extra vote and you go tell the guy? My thought is that Angela knew damn well she had no chance of winning the million so she would have preferred Dom win.
Wendell giving Laurel the idol when they were down to 5 won him a million dollars. I even told my wife at the time that it was probably the right play for his long game, but didn't expect it to have such a direct impact.
I also think Dom's best move once he won immunity and the power to save someone would have been to save Wendell. I think that would have played well with the jury, Wendell was very likely to win the fire building competition anyway, and if Angela had beaten Laurel, she'd have almost certainly voted Dom to break the tie... if it was still tied.

Why do you think that? She voted Wendell but you think she would’ve switched it up if she was the tie breaker?

Because she was a total dumb arse. The only slim possible chance she had to win, and it was razor thin, was to get both Dom and Wendall out. She needed to go with Sea Bass and sink one of them to get going.
She was nothing but dead weight. No way she would have ever gotten any votes unless she made something happen. Instead, she ran her mouth hoping Dom would take her to the end for some reason...
Like I stated above, its like these people have never watched the show before

I honestly thing once it got down to 4, the Juries mind was made up who they would vote for. I dont think Dom could have done anything to change everyones mind at that point. I was not surprised it was split and I was certainly not surprised that Laurel voted Wendall. Yea, he gave her the idol but it didnt save her. Dom on the other hand gift wrapped her in the final where she would not have made it otherwise.

I do, yeah.
If it had still been tied, of course.

I’m going to miss seeing Jenna is a bathing suit. That girl is the definition of a PAWG.
Libby is much better looking according to objective standards of beauty, but personally I’d take Jenna. I just couldn’t pass up dat arse.

Instead of the tie breaker being Laurel they should have had Dominic and Wendell make fire to decide who won.

On stage for the live show, right after reading votes....with no warning. Would have been awesome!

The only chance Dom had to win was go heads up and beat Wendell in the fire challenge.
If he loses, same guy wins but there is no way to know. His instincts were right, but it's too big a risk to go for it at that point.

Called it almost 3 months ago Donathan was going to make the final 4. Was almost right, and he probably would have without those emotional outbursts at the end.
Final thoughts:
Boring season overall that ends with a pretty boring tiebreaker, which is a shame considering this is the first time its ever happened.
This season basically consisted of two segments. The first being Malalo losing every challenge and getting picked off one by one with no surprises. The second being Dom and Wendell's loyal sheep doing everything they say with no surprises. Arguably the least strategic and least interesting group of players assembled.
They try to build up the Dom and Chris's rivalry and it lasts 1 tribal. Deseriee tries to make a move, yeah Laurel runs to big brother. Stoned surfer gets an advantage that he can use to maybe blindside Dom, yeah not happening. And after Dom figures it out at tribal, Stoned surfer just sits there. He even admits it after Dom presses him. No last minute scramble to maybe get one of the two girls to vote Donathan and use your advantage so you can tie Dom & Wendell's vote. Nothing. This is the final 6??
A considerable amount of shitty players on a tribe that never lost an immunity challenge decided to pick off the Malolo tribe one by one without a second thought. Then when that was done, Dom and Wendell played them like puppets.
And the icing on the cake, Dom (easily the most deserving to win it) ends up losing because Donathan, Stoned surfer, and the blond annoying bitch (forgot her name) basically just got their feelings hurt and voted Wendell out of spite. Brilliant. I can't imagine what's going through Doms mind right now knowing he did everything but Wendall won because he was nicer.
Oh well. I'm curious how D vs G is going to work. Are they really going to start as two diff tribes and hope the Davids can still win?

Enjoyed the season, a little predictable. A lot of people were down on Laraul (sp) for not knocking out Dom or Wendall, but she explained (very well)that she would have been the next voted out if she had. It would have put her on the bottom of a 5 person group. The 18 year old was the most impressive to me. Very well spoken and very intelligent. Has great potential. Wish they would have interviewed each, I know at least 2 romances began on the island, wondering it they persisted. And one person was missing.

Honestly it should have been a fire challenge anyway.
The third place casting the tie breaking vote sounded good in theory, but it honestly gives them too much power because they know at the time they cast the vote that it is their decision 100% who wins a million dollars. Its just dumb when you think about it. They aren’t part of a blind jury vote just CBS saying ok tell us who wins.
Seeing Dom and Wendell go head to head in a winner take all challenge would have been epic. The biggest power couple in the history of the game fighting it out.
Survivor really blew it imo.
Made a pretty boring season completely boring when that final showdown could have catapulted it to greatness status.
I liked them both but yeah seems like Dom overcame more than Wendell as he seemed to always be the one people were going after but they could never get him.

Would be better to add the third place person to the jury and make them all revote. Same result, but then you don’t know who could potentially switch their vote and make it more dramatic

This would have been so awesome. It was ridiculous for them to let one person have all the power. When it was between Dom & Wendell, I felt fine with either winning. They both played well. As soon as they said Laurel got to decide the winner, I was pissed for Dom.

Yes, it would have been phenomenal if they both had to make fire for the win on the live show without any warning.

I really don't get this. I can see thinking Dom played a better game, but I don't think the separation between him and Wendell was that wide. Dom was just more demonstrative and brash with his game, while Wendell was more subdued. Both were deserving of the win, evidenced by the tie vote. What got Wendell the win were his attempts to connect more genuinely with people than Dom. The social aspect has shown time and time again to be the most important once you reach the final 2 or 3. Wendell beat Dom at that aspect.
